The Brighton Bathroom Company initially approached Celo because they had two different brands which were confusing the consumer message, a lack of social media presence and they needed a competitive review. These initial tasks were soon extended to a full strategic marketing overhaul with the goal of doubling enquiries.
Celo put together a bespoke marketing plan, considering everything from the brand’s USP to its approach to design awards. We then work on an ongoing basis to deliver newsletters, customer surveys, a website redesign project, social media profile creation/ads/posting/management, managing SEO and PPC, PR and all copywriting (blogs, award entries, website, social posts).
In the 12 months since Celo's involvement with The Brighton Bathroom Company, leads have risen by an average of 50% year on year.
"Charlotte really takes the time to understand our business. She is much more than a freelance consultant and almost feels like a full time member of our team. Her passion for our business and the intelligent way in which she approaches our brand and the ethos behind it has lead to great trust in her. She works with us on brand placement, social media strategy and implementation and has developed a network of contacts with interiors magazines which has helped to elevate our profile within our market."
Andew Roberts had been invited to do his first private view in Horsham Museum and approached me with 6 weeks to go until the exhibition opened with a ‘Private View’ event. Andrew needed me to promote and host a professional show, to grow his contact list for the future and make good sales on the night.
Set out a clear, prioritised list of tasks to ensure the exhibition was designed and promoted to greatest effect, including using my contacts to build a strong invite list, photographing his work, designing posters and an e-invite, brokering a sponsorship deal with local estate agents Brock Taylor, creating a Facebook event and advertising. For the Private View event, we liaised with the council who own the venue, organised catering and an electronic payment system to maximise sales on the first night.
A third of of the works were sold on the opening night.
"Charlotte managed the perfect atmosphere for a lucrative and very successful show. On hand throughout the night she took the pressure off the client who was able to mingle and talk those guests - essential for art sales. Charlotte is a very effective and professional person. She was a joy to work with."
Establishing and driving social media profiles that will improve landlord engagement and increase sales across Horsham area RH12/13, enhance brand awareness and attract talented employees.
We needed to establish what the key messages were for @Home, who their target audience were, which social platforms were right for them and an outline of their activity plan including post ideas. Once this was signed off with the client, we created a bespoke and detailed activity calendar that laid out what we were going to post and when on their blog, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.
During the 3 month campaign @Home hired two employees, Twitter followers grew by an average of 5 per week and Facebook post likes went up by an average of 18 per week. Awarded Best Estate Agent in Southwater for Customer Experience after only a year in business.
“Not only is Charlotte a pleasure to work with, but she is efficient and well organised, really took an interest in our business and it felt like we had an outsourced, experienced marketing department from her activities. The results have been great. We had a target and she exceeded the performance metrics so we are, of course, delighted with this contribution.”
